What is the minimum wage for minors in Wisconsin?

My daughter works at Jellystone park and is paid hourly at 5.90. The camp is a resort and not open all year, maybe 6 months or less. Are they eexempt from giving her the minimum wage increase because its a campsite with recreational activities such as swimming, mini golf, and other activities on site including lodging and RV camp sites?

Some seasonal areas are. Her age makes a difference too.
